My journey with Pilates began in 2006, sparked by a lifelong fascination with the body’s mechanics and a passion for movement nurtured through years of teaching yoga and dance. Transitioning from professional dance to Pilates instruction, I found my calling in helping individuals embrace their bodies and well-being.

Originally trained in the Classical method, my experience spans continents, from the picturesque 3 valleys of the French Alps to bustling studios in London and New Zealand. Teaching amidst the stunning backdrop of the ski slopes, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through Pilates sessions amidst the breathtaking scenery, offering a unique and invigorating experience.

Over the past decade, my clientele has ranged from elite athletes to individuals navigating physical challenges, showcasing Pilates’ universal benefits.
