Independent Practitioners
All practitioners at The Studio Côte d’Azur are independent and manage their businesses, accounts, bookings, payments, and clients independently of The Studio Côte d’Azur. All practitioners are highly qualified and insured to teach everywhere in the world (except Canada and the US).

Sessions
All sessions start strictly on time and run for a total of 55 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. Sessions are instructed in English or French. All mats and equipment are provided by The Studio Côte d’Azur. At the end of each session, we spray and wipe down all equipment.

Payments and Refunds
Payment is due upfront and must be made directly to the practitioner. Most of our practitioners accept payments via credit card, cash, bank transfer, and check. The Studio is not responsible for managing individual client payments, accounts, and bookings. This is managed individually by your practitioner. Unless noted otherwise, four-card purchases last 60 days from the date of purchase. Kindly note that sessions cannot be extended and sessions cannot be transferred or refunded. Invoices and payment receipts are granted on request by the practitioner.

Clients with Bianca Ljungberg
Clients with Bianca Ljungberg can make payments through Mindbody and their partner payment software Stripe Technology. We do not have access to your credit card details and have to ask your permission before processing any payments.

Bookings
The Studio Cote d’Azur uses Mindbody software for all scheduling, booking, payment tracking, and cancellations. Payment is due at the start of your session paid directly to the instructor.

Cancellations
We understand life gets busy but we also ask that you respect our time. Our cancellation policy is applied strictly and without favor. Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged without exception. Cancellations can be made on the MINDBODY software or by email. In the event of a late cancellation due to injury or COVID-19, a doctor’s note or recent positive test is required to avoid a late charge.

Lateness
Our studio runs strictly to time. For group clients who are late, please come in quietly without disrupting other clients or the practitioner. Where possible, private clients will be given the option of extending their session at an extra charge of €40 for 30 minutes.

Respiratory Hygiene and Covid-19
Our studio commits to the local regulations regarding Covid-19. Clients who have flu-like symptoms are encouraged to stay at home. For the latest information on how our studio is approaching the Covid-19 pandemic, please read through the studio hygiene policy.

Children and babies in our studio
We are passionate about supporting mothers to return gently to exercise after pregnancy. We invite mothers of young babies aged 6 weeks to 10 months old to come to The Studio with their child if they prefer. Ask your practitioner if they are comfortable being with your baby. There is a buggy-friendly lift in the building and buggies can be parked safely in The Studio while you practice. For parents with older children, we kindly ask that you enjoy your practice alone in our studio.

Dogs and animals in our studio
We love animals but sadly, we do not allow dogs or animals in our studio.

Studio hire
We love providing a space for local health and wellness professionals to host their events, workshops, courses, and more. Included in the studio hire are all glasses, cutlery, water, teas, and coffees. To find out more, please get in touch.
