Workshops For Crew

Our bespoke Pilates workshops are ideal for yacht crew who want to learn more about Pilates on the mat and reformer. Learn our unique teaching methodology called The 7 Alignments™ and access our e-learning portal from anywhere in the world at any time. All our workshops are affiliated with Bluewater Crew, the leader in yacht crew training. Our workshops are currently in the process of becoming recognised as official Pilates Teacher Training Certifications.
